Price/quality ratio is very good. Free safe parking and a fer location, with clean and conformable rooms and sound proof windows make this budget hotel a great choice to stay close to sainte tropez in a very nice sainte maxime.
This is a family runned hotel, and they try to be polite and serviceable, but sometimes they can be annoying with strict rules they intend to learn quests how to act in their hotel, so you get feeling that you came as a quest in a private house.

The location of the hotel in the town is good. 500 meter to the down town area, shopping center Carrefour/ weekly market about 100 meter around . Free parking space was a big plus.
The location of the hotel on the busy street. If you have room facing the street, you can sleep only with closed window.

This is a lovely hotel within walking distance of the beach and town center. The son speaks a little English. There is good security and a secure pvt parking lot that is free. Highly reccommended.

The owners were very kind, the hotel was clean and quiet. The room for 2 adults and 2 children is actually 2 rooms with a door, so that was very nice for us with small children.

The hotel was more like a hostel. The room was very very basic with 1 chair & 1 table & the tinest tv you've even seen with 1 channel that worked. We were not allowed to eat or drink in our room The air conditioning didn't work properly & you couldn't sleep with the window open as we were facing the main road which was busy. The bathroom was tiny & the shower even though powerful was only good if you were under 5ft tall and didn't mind getting wrapped up in a shabby shower curtain.

My room was spotlessly clean and comfy and pretty with a perfect bathroom. It was also calm and noise free. The hotel was just a very short walk to the little town and all amenities.

Nice basic hotel, with a room clean and tidy. Nice bathroom clean and tidy as well.
Like many other hotels in France, breakfast should be included.

good value, very clean, very friendly, good location within walking distance of town, car park in hotel, air conditioned rooms. would recommend it and stay there again.
there is no bar or restaurant for evening meals, the hotel is basically A B&B but good value for the money none the less.

The location is quite good - 5-10 minutes walking to the city center and the coast. The free wifi is quite good. The hotel manager was excellent - he explained us everything about the town, showed directions and recommended good restaurant nearby. The breakfast outside was also very nice. The rooms have ac, which is quite handy in the summer.

Friendly Owners, clean rooms and linen, but very basic.and good value for a short stay.No restaraunt ,only a small breakfast area.
Basic clean friendly, but not a place to spend your family holidays,or expect a luxury hotel experience.

The owners were very welcoming and hospitable. It has its own carpark. It is within easy walking distance of the town, beach and restaurants (5 mins). The room was extremely clean and well appointed. The towels were changed each day. The owners were very considerate and, as it was cool in the evenings, they ensured that the room was warm for our return.
The first impression of the property from the outside was not very encouraging. This was mainly due to the rather tacky signage and rubbish bags being left on the steps. It did make us wonder if we had made a good choice but, obviously, as seen from my comments above, the hotel far exceeded my expectations and we would stay there again.
